ICLÉM 1.0 2025 will be held at Auberge Godefroy, 17575 boul. Bécancour, Bécancour (Quebec) G9H 1A5. This course will be offered in French and the number of participants is limited to 30.

Objectives

After the ICLÉM 1.0 delivery, participants will be able to:

To identify their personal objectives as teachers and managers in the field of health sciences and to discuss how these objectives can be achieved.
Become aware of their communication style and develop strategies to communicate effectively with those around them.
Analyze their leadership style and consider how this style influences their behavior, taking into account different models of leadership and change.
To apply a change analysis approach to concrete situations in their professional and academic environments.
Analyze the different styles of conflict management and reflect on negotiation strategies.
To describe a way to create and lead teams effectively.
To define scholarship in relation to medical education and to discuss strategies that promote the learning of this knowledge.
To make informed choices and manage their time more effectively in both their professional and personal lives.

Registration Fees

CAME Members	$3,950 + applicable taxes = $4,541.51 Before October 1, 2024 $4,200 + applicable taxes = $4,828.95 After October 1, 2024

Non-Members	$4,300 $ + applicable taxes = $4,943.93 Before October 1, 2024 $4,600 $ + applicable taxes = $5,288.85 After October 1, 2024

The registration deadline is November 22, 2024. A cancellation received in writing before November 22, 2024 will incur an administrative fee of $500. Refund requests received after November 22, 2024 will not be possible.

This package includes:
● Four nights (from January 26 to 30, 2025)
